HENRIE'S HITCH-N-POST RV RESORT POLICIES

PAYMENT POLICY:
THE CREDIT CARD YOU MADE THE RESERVATION WITH WILL BE CHARGED SEVEN (7) DAYS (ONE WEEK) PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL and NO REFUNDS will be given thereafter . Please contact the front office at 435.749.0534 to make alternative payment arrangements in the event a group reservation was made with one card and you want additional cards added to the account. A credit card is required to be on file for all current reservations and incidentals. Your credit card info will be removed from our system automatically within 45 days of your departure. After that time, any future reservations made will require another credit card. Cash payments will ONLY be accepted in the event of a walk-in with availability.

Rates/policies are subject to change at any time and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Henrie's Hitch-N-Post RV Resort is an exclusive property where every guest's reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please contact us at henrieshitchnpost@gmail.com with the subject line of "Cancellation" at least seven (7) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $20 processing fee per reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your site(s), a full or partial refund will be made. You may also use the non-refunded amount in a future reservation in the same year it was booked, upon availability.

SITE RULES:
Do not place feminine products, grease/fats, diapers, cat litter, paper towels, adult wipes, wet wipes, baby wipes, hazardous substances, syringes, or plastics down the drain/sewer. RV/Septic grade toilet paper is the only allowed solid beyond human waste. If the drain at your rented site becomes clogged during disposing, you agree to a charge of $200 to the credit card on file.
Maximum occupancy per site: 5 (five) people and 1 (one) motor vehicle, 1 (1) ATV/UTV. Parking is limited so you may want to be sure you're booking a site that will accommodate all motor vehicles. NO TENTS
Two (2) month reservation maximum
Only one camping unit is allowed on a site at any given time.
Please do not park on vacant RV sites.
Secure your valuables. Henrie's Hitch-N-Post RV Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.
Campers must provide their own camping equipment suitable for location.
Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00pm – 7:00am. Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Parents should accompany children when traveling to the restroom/showers or anywhere on the property during the quiet hours.
No washing or repairing of vehicles within the campground.
Units with leaking black or gray water tanks are not permissible and will be asked to leave if not repairable.
No grills allowed on the picnic tables.
Generators are not allowed to run in the park except in the instance of a power outage.
Trash is to be bagged in garbage bags and taken to dumpsters onsite.
Do not wash clothing, cooking utensils, dishes or pets in the restrooms/showers. The Restrooms and bath area are for humans only.
Speed limit throughout the campground is 5 MPH and is strictly enforced. Be aware of small children playing in the roadway.
No commercial sales or soliciting are permitted in the campground.
Firecrackers and fireworks are prohibited AT ALL TIMES.

PET POLICY:
Pets must be on a leash at all times, under control and not to be left tied up or unattended. Pet owners are required to pick up their pets feces. Pet owners caught leaving their animals feces will be charged a $25 fee on the credit card on file.
No more than two (2) common household pets (e.g., cats, dogs) may be kept on any site. No other animals, livestock, poultry, reptiles or insects of any kind shall be kept on any site.
No dangerous, aggressive or poisonous pets of any kind are permitted.
Management reserves the right to reject any pet.
All pets must wear a collar identifying the owner and phone number.
Pets are not permitted in the public buildings or amenity areas, including but not limited to the bathrooms, clubhouse, laundromat, office, etc.
Pets should not be an annoyance (barking continually), or a danger to the other occupants or visitors of the campground.
The campground shall have no liability to family members or guests for any damage or injury to persons or property caused by any pet.

NOXIOUS BEHAVIOR:
No illegal, noxious or offensive activities shall be conducted at any site, nor shall anything be done within the campground which is or could become an unreasonable annoyance or nuisance to neighboring sites.
We will not tolerate abusive or disruptive behavior whether directed at management, staff or other persons.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our buildings, including restrooms, showers, Laundromat or rental units. Smoking material must be extinguished in an appropriate fire container. Do not leave butts on the grounds.
Where permitted, alcoholic beverages must be kept in a concealed container. Under no circumstances will minors, as determined by state and local law, be served or allowed to consume alcoholic beverages at the campground/resort.

DISORDERLY PERSONS:
The following are grounds for reservation termination and removal from the property without refund: loud noise, whether mechanical, musical or vocal, use of foul or indecent language, causing damage to property of the campground or another person, drunken or substance abuse, disorderly conduct, failing to follow rules, failing to follow directions of the property staff, threatening or abusive behavior or any other conduct that is not the type of behavior that is expected at a family campground/resort.

DAMAGES:
Customers are responsible for all damage or destruction of property, and any injury to persons, caused by the guest or his or her family, visitor or pets. We reserve the right to charge guests accordingly for any damage they cause to the grounds and/or campground/resort facilities, including but not limited to broken waterlines, damaged/missing sewer connections, cable lines, landscaping, and excessive debris (bottle caps, zip ties, cigarette butts, etc.).

WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
Customer shall not hold RV Resort, Owners, Manager or any Agent of the Owners or Manager, or any Employees of the Henrie's Hitch-N-Post RV Resort liable for any or all claims, demands, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from any and all damages or injuries caused by fire, water, wind, civil strive, accidents, theft, or acts of God. Physical damage and liability coverage is the full responsibility of owner/renter of the RV. Rental space remains under the control of the campground Manager. Services are provided under a Site Service Agreement. You are not under a landlord/tenant arrangement.
